In 2020, after a decade in Houston real estate, Kiani Komeizi founded Kiani Realty to offer premier luxury real estate services across leasing, sales and buying. A University of Houston graduate, she holds the Real Estate Negotiation Expert and Seller Representative Specialist designations and was recognized by the Houston Association of Realtors as a Top Residential Real Estate Professional. Clients in the Iranian community know her as Hengameh Kiani.
Despite a thriving business she stays dedicated to giving back, volunteering with organizations across the city and balancing the firm with her roles as a wife, sister and daughter. Her network of mortgage lenders, title companies, inspectors and appraisers is what makes a Kiani Realty transaction hassle-free from the first showing to funding.
